Helping a neighbor or ( trying too )

She has a Garmin ? Watch - has a USB ( ? Dongle - removed it )

But app: Garmin Express - which sends messages - did U fall etc :

Is impossible to trash

Am I & my Neighbor missing something obvious

No option right click - Move to Trash (?)

? In Deeper ?

System Folder : ?

Puzzling

Have her try Trashing it un Safe Mode.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

If still no go, EtreCheck is a simple little app to display the important details of your system configuration and allow you to copy that information to the Clipboard. It is meant to be used with Apple Support Communities to help people help you with your Mac.

This article shows how to uninstall Garmin Express. From the sound of things, the background app process is still running and must be closed first before you can move the app to the trash. The article linked here shows how to do so.
