I ran into this recently and thought I'd make some inquiries, but lost the thought. Happened again today and with more than a week in between, I can rightfully suspect the worst. I am flabbergasted that it seems the wormy fruit is actively BLOCKING access to most of their site... for Chrome users. I clocked on a link to a specific discussion and got an "unexpected error" message from them... I tried to sign into my account, the "sign in" button was there and live, but did NOTHING.

Now if this were the case, how come I haven't heard of it? I can't imagine ANYTHING I'd set in Chrome that wojld do this... AND up until a month or so ago, no issue or problem getting to the forums (or signing into my bloody account).

Anyone have a clue?

All the issues are in this URL:

Do you have any extensions installed in Chrome?

yes, some... 9 to be exact. Hmmm, HoverZoom says it violates google policy, can't imagine why. I think I can turn them off with deleting them or messing with settings (I hope).

Deleted 2, HoverZoom and some transit thing that it said "may be damaged" with the "repair" function doing nothing.

Ran with no extensions, same issue.

I use Brave, which is Chrome without Google, no blocking here.

Chrome w/o google is like having sex with someone in another country... it ties my desktop to my tablet & phone!

Oh boy, ot gets even weirder. I have another user login on this machine, so I signed into it. Not blocked there, it let me sign in (when I clicked the link, it said it was making a secure connection).

Now I'm really at a loss.
