With the mirror like polish I had to really look hard to see the case outline.

I wonder how he polished the mesh. I think that'd work like a cheese grater for power tools.

The sandblasting that Apple did to give the aluminum the matte finish pretty much deburs the holes
it probably wouldn't shred the buffing wheel much and aluminum is very easy to polish to a mirror finish.

Hmmm… that much polished aluminum requires two shaft-driven superchargers. I guess the guy didn’t know this.
