Another rundown of the new MBPs. I think there are errors in there but it's worth a watch. And this one actually made me laugh. Love it how he doesn't look into the camera. Very Ive. :D

EDIT: Stingingly funny and a new Hitler one. In the same vein as the Hitler videos. Cruel perhaps but I had to laugh.

Looks like OWC has decided to sell a product that turns a 2016 MBP into a 2012 MBP.

Given the battery issues that are so prevalent on the 2016 MBPs that Apple actually went ahead and removed the estimated remaining time on battery feature from 10.12.2 (on all systems), I wonder if they're going to try and tuck a battery inside that thing. I'm guessing it piggybacks onto the device using the USB-C in Thunderbolt mode, which wouldn't prevent it from charging the MacBook at the same time.

Yes. I saw that. Looks like a desktop solution as I can't see any clamping hooks. If they could make it fix to the bottom and therefore mobile, a battery option would be a nice option.

Although I'm not going to touch one of these machines.

My guess? Glue. If it's good enough for Apple, it's good enough for everyone else I suppose.

It would be funny if they included an optical drive and displayport thunderbolt port. Then it really would be a 2012 MBP replacement. For a lot more money, of course. And only dual core CPUs.
