My goal is to clean out any toast and cookie crumbs and dust, etc. that have found their way under the keys of my MacBook. I am hoping that the area under the keys is such that the crumbs won't fall any further down.

I read somewhere that the keys can be easily removed by prying them off with a small, flathead screwdriver or similar. If that's true, can I assume the keys will be as easily replaced?

Mine is the regular ol' MacBook3,1. Late 2007, I guess (I bought it in Jan 2008).
