Wow this looks very good and would be great in the ipad/iphone

Its based on the ARM v7-spec and it rocks 1080p and 3D at the same time 8-)
With Apple building it's own chips i don't think we will ever see it.

Why is this a "downside" of Apple using their own chip? There's nothing that says Apple's next chip couldn't do that too.

Apple is very processor agnostic at this time. If it's better than their in house stuff and makes sense they may hop over to it.

That said I almost laughed when after listing it's abilities they said "and even has enough power to run Adobe’s Flash." Wait till version 11 or 12.

I just don't think Apple would spend the money for their chip to do it.
Maybe they would a few years after it becomes passe

That title is a bit disingenuous. I don't think cell phones will go 1080p for a while. It will be hard to cram that many pixels onto that small of a screen
