This is the website referenced. There's enough vagueness on that page that based purely on being secure I'd deny connections. Any respectable app, be it web based or OS based is going to have its own code in it and won't need a CDN just to run. And as the CDN is hosted by Adobe and no other information is given really on the site other than the vague download links on its sole page, blocking it should have no ill consequences.

Where exactly were you trying to visit that made calls to code.createjs.com?

I would not be surprised at all if that site is used by Muse, which is their website design program for people who don't want to learn how to design websites.

I'm guessing it just hosts some random JavaScript libraries. JavaScript is worming its way in to more and more stuff, but I have no idea how the Flash Updater is using it.

I'd just uninstall Flash and make the world an incrementally better place at the same time, though I do acknowledge that not everyone will tolerate the web without the joy and wonderment that Flash delivers, etc.
